Where LincolnHaul came from

LincolnHaul started in 2026 with a simple observation: most of what gets thrown away in a cleanout isn't trash. It's a couch with years left in it, a dining set somebody saved for, boxes of a life that somebody built. Watching all of that head straight to a dumpster felt wrong — so we built a hauling company that treats it differently.

We're a house-of-brands operation. LincolnHaul is owned and managed by NVAR Studios LLC, a Lincoln company run by Nvar J. M. Sinclair that handles the marketing, the systems, and the instant-quote technology you see on this site. In the field, Chad Crocker leads operations — the trailer, the lifting, the sorting, the donation runs. One side keeps the business sharp; the other keeps the work honest. You get both on every job.

We're new, and we don't pretend otherwise. No invented review counts, no "20 years of experience" that doesn't exist. What we offer instead is documented work — before/after photos on every cleanout — and pricing you approve on site before we start. That's how a new company earns trust: by showing its work.

Why estate work is our most-cared-for work

Anyone with a trailer can haul junk. Estate cleanouts are different. They usually arrive in the middle of a loss, a move, or a hard transition — when a family is tired, spread across three states, and staring at a full house of decisions.

That's the job we shaped this company around. We work at your pace, set aside anything that looks like a keepsake, a photo, or a document rather than assuming it's trash, and we handle your parents' furniture the way we'd want someone handling ours. If a piece can serve another family, it goes to donation — not to the landfill. The way we behave inside an estate is the standard for how we behave on every job.

The donate-first pipeline

Every load we haul gets sorted before anything gets dumped, in this order:

• Donate first. Usable furniture and household goods go to Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity ReStore here in Lincoln.
• Recycle second. Metal, appliances, and electronics go to recyclers instead of the ground.
• Landfill last. Only what's truly unusable goes to the Bluff Road landfill — and nothing else.

It's a little more work for us and a lot less waste for Lincoln. We think that's the right trade.

The on-site price lock

Our pricing is by volume — how much trailer space your load actually fills. Single items start at $125; a quarter trailer is $245, a half is $375, three-quarters is $525, and a full trailer is $675. The instant estimator on our homepage gets you close, and then the walkthrough makes it exact.

• 2. Walkthrough & lock. We confirm the volume on site and lock your exact price before touching anything.
• 3. We carry the weight. Lifting, loading, sorting for donation — you don't move a thing.
• 4. Swept & documented. The space is left broom-clean, with before/after photos so you can see the difference.
