Reclaim the garage this weekend.

Years of accumulation, cleared in a single visit. You point at what goes, we sort it, haul it, and sweep the floor on the way out — so the space is actually usable again.

The pile grows one box at a time

Nobody fills a garage on purpose. It happens one "I'll deal with that later" at a time, until the car lives outside and the basement stairs are a squeeze. If that's where you are: it's normal, it's common, and it's a one-visit fix.

Here's how it works: you walk the space with us and point — keep, maybe, gone. We pull everything out into daylight, sort the "gone" pile into donate / recycle / trash, load the trailer, and sweep. Most garages take a couple of hours.

Spaces we clear

  • Garages — single stall to oversized triples
  • Basements and attics
  • Sheds and outbuildings
  • Storage units (great before the next bill hits)
  • Sorting into donate / recycle / haul included
  • Swept-clean finish with before/after photos
Typical pricing
from $245
A quarter-trailer load is $245; most full garages land between a half trailer ($375) and three-quarters ($525). Price locked on site before we start.

Sensitive cleanouts, zero judgment

Some cleanouts are bigger than clutter — after years of accumulation, or on behalf of a family member who's struggled to let go. We handle those quietly, kindly, and at whatever pace the situation needs. No commentary, no photos shared with anyone but you.

What we can't take: household hazardous waste — paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos. The City of Lincoln runs household hazardous waste collection for exactly those items; we'll point you the right direction and haul everything else.

Questions, answered.

How much does a garage cleanout cost in Lincoln?

Most run $245–$525 depending on how much trailer space the pile actually fills. Use the instant estimator for a number, or text us a photo of the space — we’re good at eyeballing it.

Do I have to sort everything first?

No — sorting is part of the job. The most useful thing you can do before we arrive is simply know what you want to keep.

Can you clean out a storage unit?

Yes. Storage-unit cleanouts are quick because everything’s already boxed — and clearing one before the next monthly bill usually pays for the haul.

What won’t you take?

Hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, and the like. The City of Lincoln’s household hazardous waste program handles those. Everything else in the pile is fair game.
