Estate cleanouts, handled with care.

Clearing a family home is heavy in every sense. We work at your pace — sorting what stays, what gets donated, and what goes — then leave the house broom-clean and ready for whatever comes next.

A calm way through an overwhelming week

An estate cleanout is rarely just a hauling job. It usually lands in the middle of a move, a transition, or a loss — when the last thing anyone has energy for is a garage full of decisions. That's the job we've built this service around.

You and your family decide everything. We do everything else. We never rush the sorting, we set aside anything that looks like a keepsake or a document, and we're just as comfortable working alongside you as we are working from a checklist while you handle the rest of the week.

What an estate cleanout includes

  • A walkthrough first, with your exact price locked before any work starts
  • Sorting help — keep, family, donate, haul — at whatever pace works
  • Careful handling around keepsakes, photos, and paperwork
  • Donation runs to Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity ReStore
  • Metal and appliance recycling; only true trash goes to the landfill
  • A broom-swept, show-ready finish with before/after photos
Typical pricing
from $375
Most estate cleanouts fall between a half trailer ($375) and one or more full trailers ($675 each). Your exact price is confirmed on site — before we lift a box.

Working with realtors, attorneys & out-of-state family

A lot of estate work is coordinated from another city. We're used to it: one point of contact, access instructions instead of appointments, photo updates by text or email, and timelines that line up with a listing date or a closing.

If the home is headed to market, we can pace the cleanout with your realtor so the property is empty and swept exactly when the photographer shows up.

Questions, answered.

How long does an estate cleanout take?

Most single-home cleanouts are finished in one or two visits. A heavily filled home may take longer — we scope it honestly at the walkthrough so you know before we start.

Can you work with family who live out of state?

Yes, often entirely by phone and text. We work from access instructions, send photo updates as we go, and coordinate directly with a local realtor or attorney if you have one.

What happens to my parents’ belongings?

Everything usable is donated — furniture and household goods go to Goodwill and Habitat ReStore — metal is recycled, and only what’s truly unusable goes to the landfill. We treat the home’s contents with respect, not like trash.

Do we have to sort everything before you arrive?

No. Sorting help is part of the service. Many families set aside keepsakes first and let us handle the rest; others sort room by room with us. Both work.

How do you price an estate cleanout?

By volume — how much trailer space the load actually fills — using the same tiers as every job: $245 for a quarter trailer up to $675 for a full one. The price is locked on site before work begins.
