Everyone should be able to get a quote.
If any part of this website gets in your way, that's our problem to fix — and you shouldn't have to wait for a redesign to get help. Call or text (402) 840-3431 and a person will take your information directly.
The standard we build to
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C, and the benchmark most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
We want to be straight with you about what that means: we test this site with automated accessibility tooling and by operating it ourselves without a mouse. We have not commissioned an independent third-party audit or a certification, and we don't claim one. What we can tell you honestly is what we've built, what we've verified, and what we know is still imperfect.
What we've done
- The whole site works without a mouse. Every control — including each step of the instant quote estimator — can be reached and operated with the Tab and Enter keys.
- Visible focus. Whatever you've tabbed to is outlined clearly, so you never lose your place.
- Skip to main content. The first thing Tab reaches on every page is a link that jumps past the navigation.
- Text contrast. Body and interface text meets the 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio against its background; large display text meets 3:1.
- Real form labels and real error messages. Every field is properly labelled, and if something's missing the error appears in the page next to the field and is announced by screen readers — not in a pop-up that disappears.
- Screen-reader structure. Proper headings in order, landmark regions, and selected/expanded states exposed on buttons and accordions. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers so they don't read as noise.
- Reduced motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, the animations turn off.
- Text scaling and mobile. The layout reflows for zoom and small screens without content getting cut off.
Where we know we fall short
An honest list beats a perfect-sounding one:
- We have not had an independent accessibility audit, and automated testing catches only part of what matters. Real problems can survive it.
- We have not tested with every screen reader and browser combination in use.
- Documents or images added in the future may briefly go up without a proper text alternative. If you hit one, tell us and we'll fix it.
- This site links to outside sites — Google, donation partners, our parent company — and we don't control their accessibility.
If something doesn't work, tell us
We'd genuinely rather hear about it than not. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll get back to you within two business days — and give you the information or take your booking another way in the meantime.
- Call or text: (402) 840-3431 (Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm)

You never have to use this website to do business with us. Every quote, booking, and question can be handled entirely by phone or text — including sending a photo of your pile instead of filling in the estimator.
