The hot tub’s last soak.
A dead spa is 800 pounds of foam, acrylic, and framing that no two people can lift. We break it down right where it sits and carry it out in pieces — deck, patio, or backyard.

Why hot tubs never leave on their own
Hot tubs go in with a crane or a crew and a clear path — then the fence goes up, the deck gets built around it, and ten years later there's no path out. That's why every neighborhood has one dead spa collecting leaves.
Our approach doesn't need the crane: we cut the shell and cabinet into sections on site, de-panel the frame, and carry it out piece by piece through a standard gate. Deck rails and tight corners are a puzzle, not a problem.
What removal includes
- Above-ground hot tubs and spas of any size
- On-site breakdown — shell, cabinet, and frame
- Cover, steps, and pump/heater components hauled too
- Metal frame and components recycled
- Debris-free sweep of the pad or deck when we’re done
Before we arrive
Two prep items make removal day smooth: drain the tub (a garden hose and gravity handle it), and make sure the power is disconnected — for hard-wired spas, have an electrician disconnect at the breaker. From there, you point at it one last time and we take it from the top.
Questions, answered.
How much does hot tub removal cost in Lincoln?
Typically $375–$525 depending on the tub’s size and how tricky the access is. You get the locked price on site before any work starts.
Does the tub need to be drained first?
Yes — drained and disconnected from power before we arrive. If the spa is hard-wired, have an electrician disconnect it at the breaker.
Can you get it out of a fenced backyard?
Almost always. Because we cut the tub into sections, a standard gate is plenty — and fence panels can usually be temporarily popped off for the truly landlocked ones.
Do you remove in-ground spas?
No — an in-ground spa is concrete demolition, which is a different trade. We handle every above-ground tub, swim spa shell, and the gazebo debris that often comes with them.
